About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Coordinator to join the Medically Supervised Injecting Room (MSIR) team at North Richmond Community Health (NRCH). This role provides essential administrative and program support, helping ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the service.
Working closely with the Head of Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Services and the MSIR team, you’ll be the go-to person for communication, office administration, financial processes, rostering, volunteer coordination, audits, and client records management. With your high attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities, you will play a key role in keeping the service running effectively and supporting both staff and clients.
About you
- Strong administration or office management experience, with high-level computer skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a professional, respectful manner.
- Commitment to confidentiality and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in public health, medical, mental health, or AOD services (desirable).
- Familiarity with systems such as TrakCare or Best Practice (desirable).
A relevant qualification in administration will be highly regarded.
