Emily is the People and Culture Business Partner for multiple business areas at North Richmond Community Health including the Medically Supervised Injecting Room (MSIR) Outreach and Engagement and Health Communities. Emily works closely with program leaders to strengthen team capability and drive initiatives that support a high performing, safe and inclusive workplace.

With a focus on strategic workforce planning, employee relations, Industrial relations and leadership development, Emily partners with managers to navigate complex people matters and embed practices that support engagement, culture, performance and change management.

Emily is passionate about fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders and staff. Assisting staff to return to work post injury and ensuring they are supported and have continued engagement.
