About the program
The Centre for Culture, Equity and Health (CEH) works to improve health equity for multicultural communities through training, consultancy, research, and community education. CEH partners across sectors to build culturally responsive and inclusive systems that better support diverse communities.
About the role
This role provides administrative support to the CEH program, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across a dynamic and purpose-driven team. You will support a range of administrative, financial, digital, and communication functions that underpin CEH’s projects and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Organising meetings, events, travel, and bookings
Maintaining administrative systems, records, and databases
Supporting CRM systems, newsletters, and stakeholder communications
Managing procurement, invoicing, and finance processes
Assisting with data tracking, reporting, and digital platforms
Supporting CEH enquiries and general program administration
Contributing to projects and grant-related administrative tasks
This is a part-time role (0.6 FTE) with flexibility in how hours are worked. This could look like shorter hours across five days, or fewer longer days, depending on your preference and team needs.
About you
You are an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working across a variety of tasks and systems in a collaborative environment.
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, ideally within health, community, or not-for-profit sectors
Strong digital skills across Microsoft Office and database systems
Experience with CRM platforms (such as Mailchimp) and communications tools
Experience with finance administration, including invoicing and reconciliations
Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence engaging with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
